As a young child, the Spirit World began to communicate with me. I was at a wedding reception, for my grandmother had remarried to a widower with four children. The youngest daughter, age 16, took me upstairs to her bedroom, where I was left alone playing. Suddenly, a woman appeared in front of me. She told me that she was Mary Katherine, and she was the birth mother of the stepchildren to my grandmother. She told me that she was happy that they now had a mother on the Earth plane. She told me that her "spine had healed" and that she had died before I was even born, 7 years ago. I was 5 at this time. Just then, my grandmother walked into the room, and began to ask who I was talking with, since I was alone. I told her, and she confirmed that Mary Katherine was the mother of her new stepchildren, and that she had died 7 years before I was born, and had died from cancer of the spine. She then told me that I had had visit from the Spirit World, and that this was a very special gift, that I should treasure for always.
